PivotHelper: Generate Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts from CSV and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Files

Somewhat recently, I regularly had to generate Pivot tables and corresponding charts from datasets provided as both CSV and Microsoft Excel files.
